My Apple products bring all the geeks to the yard~

So Christmas came very very early for me this year. My iPod Touch came yesterday by courier and I’m very excited. I haven’t even put the damn thing down since I got it out of it’s packaging. It’s probably been about three years since I’ve owned an Apple product. My first iPod was one of those four gigabyte ones that came in four different colours. It was blue. I had some good times with that iPod, helped me survive the roughest years of highschool anyway. Along with awkward family situations ;) I think I still have the actual iPod in my desk somewhere, even if it doesn’t work, I still want to keep it. I’m sentimental like that, like a bawse!
The next apple product I perchased made me loathe Apple for a few years, and a tiny part of my small amount of respect for well, everyone withered away. I didn’t trust the slimey bastards after that.
I got one of those eighty gigabyte video iPods for my birthday. I felt so happy knowing that I could watch all my favourite shows (The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park etc) on the road. However, about 4 months in, the battery died. My parents even bought it a new battery and it STILL decided to act like a princess bitch. Knowining I could not beat this, I tossed it aside and it look local residencey to my computer desk, mocking me every time I reached for a USB extension cable.
Though now, my iTouch, Intel (Team Fortress 2 reference) is showing promising hope.

On another note, I also recieved a new Wacom digital drawing tablet. It is wonderful and I am still having debates on what to offically name it. I’m not insane, I just like naming my technology when it proves itself worthy. So to review this wonderful peice of godlike plastic:

*Smooth surface not too awkward for a small tablet
*Drivers disk didn’t take that long to fuck around with
*Easy installation
*Tablet pen needs no batteries
*Awesome blue pulsating light
*USB cord is detachable, the tablet is easy to carry around with in your bag etc

I think I’m a technology whore.
